Bootcamp remains an incredibly popular class in health clubs, private studios or as part of transformational programmes spread over a number of weeks. Using a range of equipment and bodyweight exercises for a total body workout, as well as coaching techniques for group cohesion, this course will teach you all you need to structure classes that sets you apart and has the wow factor. We’ll also teach you how to integrate courses into your business model to enhance your PT business.
On this one day workshop, you will learn that there are far more ways to plan and structure a circuits-based class than the standard delivery of a ‘satellite class’. You will gain lots of ideas and session plans to deliver to your class participants, plus all of the motivational and instructor skills to give your bootcamps the wow factor.
You will learn:
How to plan an array of exercises to deliver an effective class.
How to plan class structures to vary your delivery and keep the class progressing.
How to add challenge and variety into classes, from incorporating resistance training to high-intensity aerobics.
How to plan and deliver circuit training in a range of environments and using a variety of equipment.
Nine different types of circuit-based session designs that are ideal for Bootcamps.

This course takes place at T2HQ, which is our training centre housed within Blunsdon Fitness. It offers a state of the art gym and fitness centre to give you the best training environment. We limit our groups to no more than 14 people meaning that you get an intense learning experience with real-time feedback and coaching. You will also have access to our e-learning portal to support your study.
As qualified Bootcamp Instructor, you will be able to:
Specialise in circuit-style fitness classes.
Gain entry to multiple health clubs as a freelance instructor.
Deliver group exercise classes.
Design and deliver transformational Bootcamp packages for a range of client groups.
Incorporate functional fitness techniques in your Bootcamps. Combine this course with Kettlebell Training and Suspended Movement Training and ViPR to make your Bootcamps varied, interesting and different from the standard.

Stu is the founder of T2. In 2008, after 7 years experience as a personal trainer, he decided to branch into the education side of the industry and in 2011, T2 Fitness Education was born. Alongside running T2 Fitness Education and training elite athlete clients, Stu is also the syllabus creator for many of our courses which are accredited by various industry bodies.
Stu has a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, a Post-Graduate qualification in Strength & Conditioning and international experience working in Ireland, St Lucia, Barbados, Canada and America. As an educator, his work has also taken him to Asia and Italy, partnering with global brand Technogym to deliver their training. When he isn't busy working on business ventures, he enjoys being in the classroom, on the gym floor or on webinars teaching T2 students.
