This seminar will hone in on creating, and controlling, maximal ranges of motion in the key joints/muscles of the body – to enhance performance and minimise injury. If you want to move ‘better’, run faster/longer, lift more weight on a lift, get into a better position/posture during a lift – all while preventing injury – then this seminar is for you.
We will look at dosage, techniques, different modalities (tools), progressions and regressions as well as what science says about ‘functional flexibility and mobility’ and dispel key myths to help you become a ‘go to’ trainer to help your clients ‘move better’.
