Your Guide to Using the T2 Fitness Job Board

With the T2 Fitness Job Board you can list, edit and manage your job vacancies and download applicants CVs.

In this guide we’ll be taking you through the steps, from logging in to editing your own profile. 

Accessing Your Dashboard

Once you’ve purchased a subscription to the Job Board, you’ll receive an email with details about creating your account. Make a record of the password you create and use both your username and password to log in to your account at here.

If you forget your password you can reset your password by clicking on the link that appears on the login in screen.

Job Board Dashboard

From the left-hand side menu select Job Openings to access your dashboard. This gives you an overview of how many open positions you have and the number of applications you’ve received. 

As well as creating a new job listing you can also access information about your profile or collapse the menu so that it no longer visible. 

Creating A Job Listing

From the left-hand side menu click New Opening to create a new vacancy. 

Add a job title in the top box and the job description in the larger text area below. You can use links and include preformatted headers. To do this simply highlight a line of text and click on the drop down menu (very first box) and select Header 1, 2, 3 or 4 etc).

Expiry Dates

Setting an expiry date for your listing will let candidates see the closing date on your job listing. Once the expiry date has been reached it will automatically be removed from the Job Openings page on our site and prevent people from applying. 

On the right-hand side in the Job Expiry box, select a closing date for your position, and check the box underneath if you would like to have the closing date displayed on your vacancy.  

Job Filters

The final step in creating your job listing is to add a few categories. This not only helps your listing to standout, but also ensures that people can easily find it when they do a job search. 

There are 4 categories to complete: 

  • Position (i.e Personal Trainer)
  • Hours (Full-time, Part-time)
  • Location (City)
  • Organisation (Your Business)

You can add your own simply by typing it, or select one of the predefined options. 

Click the Publish button on the right hand side to save and publish your job listing. This will now be visible of the Job Board page.

Managing Applications

You will be notified via email whenever your listing receives an application. To view your applications simply click Applications from the left-hand side menu.

From here you will be able to see the candidate details and download their CV if they have attached one.
