Rhian Toates

Rhian Toates is our dedicated and highly experienced Pilates instructor coach, leading both the Reformer Pilates Instructor Course and Matwork Pilates Instructor Course at T2 Fitness Education. With a career spanning over a decade in the fitness industry, Rhian brings a wealth of expertise, specialist knowledge, and a supportive approach to training the next generation of Pilates instructors.

Rhian began her fitness career as a class instructor, Pilates and yoga teacher, and fitness manager, where she developed her deep understanding of movement and client care. Always striving to expand her knowledge, she became a Level 5 Sports Massage Therapist, gaining valuable experience working with a diverse range of clients, from everyday fitness enthusiasts to those recovering from injury.

Since joining T2 Fitness in 2023, Rhian has focused her passion on tutoring and assessing future fitness professionals. Her enthusiasm for group fitness and Pilates shines through in her teaching, where she empowers and inspires her students to become confident, skilled, and compassionate instructors. Rhian’s supportive coaching style ensures that every learner feels encouraged to reach their full potential, setting them up for a successful career in Pilates instruction.
